Sites (Favorable)
• It should have adequate water supply.
• Rear portion higher than its front.
• Left side of the lot has a river running water (creek).
• The soil is fertile and yellowish.
• Lot higher than the road.

Sites (Unfavorable)
• Former cemetery site or funeral parlor.
• Dump site.
• Fronting a hill or a mountain.
• River or creek cuts across the site.
• Rocky site.
• Location fronts a T or V junction.

Door
• Small house with a big door is unfavorable.
• The main entrance is facing an electric post, a high tree or a high wall, a hospital or a church, factory, cemetery or a funeral parlor, or it is facing a gate.

Unfavorable Settings for Living Room
• Sunken type
• Ceiling of living room should not have a mirror.
• Any picture that shows negative vibration for example, a painting of the Last Supper, is unfavorable.

Kitchen
• Adjacent to the main door is unfavorable.
• The kitchen of a large house has a side door.
• It is not good to have the kitchen next to the bedroom.
• Kitchen door should not be facing directly to the gate.

Stove
• Seated at the East or southeast is the most favorable.
• Having an exhaust for smoke is advisable.
• Oven facing faucet should be avoided.
• Seated at the back of the sink or water faucet is not advisable.
• At the top of a sewerage/water pipe is unfavorable.
• Seated at North should be avoided.

Bedroom
• Located at the East or South direction is usually good.
• Should not be adjacent to main entrance.
• Under the staircase should be avoided.
• A bed should not be located under a beam.
• The bed should not be facing the bedroom door.
• The bed located on top of a storage room is not advisable.
• The bedroom door should not face the stairway.
• The bed should not face a mirror.

Toilet
• A toilet in the middle of the house should be avoided.
• Avoid putting the toilet and the bathroom at the Northeast section of a house.
• A toilet should be lower than the floor level.
• A toilet door facing a stairway is unfavorable.
• A toilet door should not face the main door or entrance.

Altar
• It should not face a door, specially the main door.
• Do not place it beside the toilet.
• Do not place it under the staircase.
• An altar in the master bedroom is unfavorable.
• An altar facing the bedroom door is unfavorable.

Office
• An official table under the beam should be avoided.
• The manager’s table should not face the toilet door.
• Tables should not be placed under the stairs.
• Treasurer’s table should not face the door.
• An air conditioner at the back of the manager’s table is unfavorable.
• A big mirror beside the manager’s table is unfavorable.
• A safety vault facing the door should be avoided.
